Factors Influencing the Entrepreneurship of Migrant Workers Back Home Based on the GEM Model

农民工返乡创业是对乡村振兴战略的实施。城乡一体化发展,农村一二三产业融合具有重要意义。借助GEM模型的应用思路,从外部环境和内在条件分析农民工返乡创业的重要影响因素和机理,提出政府“看得见的手”和市场“看不见的手”共同营造有利的返乡创业外部环境,农民工自我积累和教育培训相结合共同提升过硬的创业内在条件和素养,以期更好地促进农民工返乡创业的成功。

Migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses is the implementation of the strategy of revital izing the countryside.The integration of urban and rural development and the integration of industry,agriculture and the service sector in rural areas are of great significance.Applying the GEM model,this paper analyzes the impor tant influencing factors and mechanism of migrant workers’returning home to start their own businesses from the ex ternal environment and internal conditions,and puts forward that the government’s“visible hand”and the market’s“invisible hand”jointly create a favorable external environment for entrepreneurship back home.Migrant workers’self-accumulation and education and training combine to jointly improve the excellent internal conditions and quali ty of starting their own businesses,so as to better promote the success for migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses.
