摘要
国内外对废弃管道的处置方式和方法研究较多,但对于判断管道废弃的标准以及废弃管道处置规则尚无统一认识.针对这一问题,应用多层次模糊综合评价方法,建立了三层管道处置评价指标体系,通过构建两两判断矩阵,得到了影响管道评价结果的主要因素是运行风险、运行经济性、资源开采量、腐蚀缺陷和法律法规符合性.通过对评语集的模糊映射形成了模糊评价矩阵.最后通过实例分析,验证了模型的可靠性,该模型为非线性、模糊性、多变量的管道处置问题提供了解决方案.
There are many researches on the ways and methods of abandoned pipeline disposal at home and abroad,but there are no unified understanding of the criteria for judging pipeline abandonment and the disposal rules of abandoned pipelines.In order to solve this problem,a three-layer pipeline disposal evaluation index system is established by using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By constructing pairwise judgment matrices,the main factors affecting the pipeline evaluation results are derived,which are operation risk,operation economy,resource exploitation,corrosion defects and compliance with laws and regulations.Through the fuzzy mapping of the evaluation set,the fuzzy evaluation matrix is formed.Finally,the reliability of the model is verified by an example,which provides a reliable solution for the nonlinear,fuzzy and multivariable problem of pipeline disposal.
