摘要
模块一体化建造是由详细设计、材料采购及管理、加工设计、计划管理、建造管理等多方面统筹协调实现的,具有施工过程高度集成、项目进程实时跟踪管控、模块建造过程环保高效等优点.从加工设计层面出发,结合以往项目实施经验,介绍了模块一体化建造工艺概念及优势;论述了模块一体化建造工艺流程;在论述了模块建造技术文件的构成及作用和传统模块建造工艺技术文件编制的缺点的基础上,重点阐述了一体化建造技术文件组成要素及其与建造工艺流程的关系,以及分片一体化预制方案、吊装运输方案及计算报告编制的重点等.
The integrated construction of modules is realized by detailed design,material procurement and management,processing design,planning management,construction management and so on.It has the advantages of high integration of construction process,realtime tracking and control of project process,environmental protection and efficiency of module construction process.From the point of view of processing design,combined with the previous project implementation experience,this paper firstly introduces the concept and advantages of the module integration construction technology,and then discusses the module integration construction process flow.Thirdly,on the basis of discussing the composition and function of the module construction technical documents and the shortcomings of the document compilation of traditional module construction technology,this paper expounds in detail the composition elements of the integrated construction technical documents and the relationship with the construction process flow,the integrated prefabrication scheme,the hoisting transportation scheme and the key points of the calculation report.
