摘要
马来西亚石油公司RAPID项目P14包是管道局在马来西亚承担的首个项目,其储罐结构为自支撑式锥顶结构,罐主体安装原方案为电动倒链倒装法,采用手工焊进行焊接.在项目实施过程中,业主的HSE管理团队要求对每台用于倒装施工的电动倒链及整体方案进行DOSH(马来西亚本地安全管理方面的机构)认证.DOSH认证需要由专业咨询公司进行办理,周期为3个月左右.为了避免DOSH认证耽误储罐安装工期,通过与业主协商改用正装法进行储罐安装施工.主要介绍了在正装施工过程中,采用壁板与罐顶同时施工完成后,实行罐顶整体吊装的技术.该工艺有效地缩短了工期,提高了质量,减少了高空作业的危险,取得了良好的综合效益.
Peronas RAPID project package 14 is the first project undertaken by CPP in Malaysia,the tank is a self-supporting cone roof tank.The original installation method of the tank main body is the inverted assembly method with electric chain hoists,and welded with SMAW.During the implementation of the project,the owner's HSE management team requires DOSH(Malaysian local safety management agency)certification for each electric chain hoist and overall scheme of the inverted assembly method.DOSH certification needs to be handled by a professional consulting company with a period of about 3 months.In order to avoid any delay in the construction progress,the tank installation is carried out by the formal assembly method with the approval of the owner.This paper mainly introduces the method of the integral roof hoisting in the the formal assembly method after the tank wall and the tank roof are constructed completely.This process effectively shortens the construction period,improves the quality,reduces the risk of working at height,and achieves a good comprehensive benefit.
