摘要
“拔尖计划”实施十年间,相关学术研究相继开展。运用CiteSpace软件对十年来相关146篇文献绘制关键词共现图谱,发现研究热点主要包括“拔尖创新人才”“人才培养模式”“基础学科”“研究型大学”等。同时,以往研究存在“研究持续关注度不够”“研究对象多以本校为主”“研究视角虽多元但研究结论缺乏彼此关照与学理上的相互论证”等问题。现今,中国高等教育已进入以质量、公平为特征的内涵式发展阶段,高校“双一流”建设也拉开帷幕,作为拔尖创新人才培养重要途径的“拔尖计划”也即将推出2.0版,因此,为满足高等教育发展新时期对拔尖创新人才培养的新要求,未来“拔尖计划”相关研究必须在培养目标、设置学科、培养单位、评价体系等方面有新作为。
"The plan for cultivating top-notch students of basic discipline"has been in place for nearly 10 years since its implementation,and related academic research has been carried out in succession.Using CiteSpace software to visualize the co-occurrence maps of key words in relevant documents,it has been found that up to now,the research hot spots of the"cultivating top-notch innovative personnel project"have mainly focused on"top-notch innovative talents,personnel training models,basic disciplines,and research universities"and etc.At the same time,there have been problems in previous studies,such as"the lack of continuous attention in research,the majority of research subjects in this school,and the diversity of research perspectives but the lack of mutual attention and academic argumentation in research conclusions"and etc.Nowadays,higher education in China has entered an intrinsic development stage characterized by quality and fairness.The construction of"double first-rate"universities has also begun.The"cultivating top-notch innovative personnel project"as an important way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents is about to be introduced in version 2.0.Therefore,in order to meet the new requirements for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the new era of higher education development,future research on top-level programs must include new goals in training objectives,setting disciplines,training units,and evaluation systems.
