摘要
引入基于研究生胜任特征的结构化和信息化研究生复试面试方法,有助于规范研究生招生程序,并使面试工作更加科学、公平、高效。文章分析了目前研究生复试面试存在的问题,结合多年在研究生招生面试中的探索和实践,提出基于研究生胜任特征的结构化和信息化面试方法的对策建议,并介绍了在这方面的一些探索体会。
The introduction of a structured and informationized interview method for postgraduates based on competency features,is helpful to standardize the admission procedures of postgraduate students and make the interview more scientific,fair and efficient.Analyzing the problems existing in the current postgraduate interview,combined with our years of exploration and practice in the postgraduate admission interview,this paper proposes the suggestion:a structured and informationized interview method for postgraduates based on competency features and introduces some exploration experience in this respect.
