产业创新能力评价研究现状分析——基于信息计量学方法

产业创新能力是国际竞争力的核心之一,为揭示产业创新能力评价方面的研究现状,采用信息计量学方法,辅以人工解读,对相关的中英文文献进行定量和定性分析,从研究趋势、研究机构、研究群体、研究焦点、评价指标和方法五个方面,对产业创新能力评价研究的现状进行了深入揭示和总结。研究发现,我国在该领域研究较多,研究的机构主要为高等院校,研究群体较为分散、规模较小;研究焦点包括产业技术创新能力评价、自主创新能力评价、科技创新能力评价、产业集群和创新绩效等;评价指标较多涉及创新环境/创新支持、创新产出、创新投入、创新绩效和创新基础等方面;评价方法主要有因子分析法、主成分分析法、模糊综合评价、层次分析法、熵值分析等。

Industrial innovation capability is one of the core of international competitiveness. In order to reveal the research status of industrial innovation capability evaluation, the relevant Chinese and English literature was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using informetrics method and manual interpretation. The research status of industrial innovation capability evaluation was deeply revealed and summarized from five aspects of research trends, research institutions, research groups, research focus, evaluation indicators and methods. The results show that the main study institutions and personnel of industrial innovation capability evaluation come from China, the research institutions are mainly universities and the research teams are scattered and small. The research focus includes industrial technology innovation capability evaluation, independent innovation capability evaluation, scientific and technological innovation ability. Evaluation, industrial clusters and innovation performance. The evaluation indicators mostly be used include innovation environment/innovation support, innovation output, innovation input,innovation performance and innovation foundation, etc. The evaluation methods mainly be used include factor analysis, principal component analysis, fuzzy synthesis evaluation, analytic hierarchy process, entropy analysis, etc.
