摘要
"我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段",这是党的十九大对当前经济发展的一个重要判断。作为推动经济发展的微观主体--企业尤其是民营企业的转型和创新,是经济进入高质量发展的保障。依托"河南省民营企业转型与创新问卷调查",本研究对来自河南的267家民营企业进行了调查。调查发现:大多数企业家意识到企业转型的关键是实行创新升级;同时,企业自身的变革自信和变革能力在促进企业积极转型的过程中发挥着重要的积极作用。
According to an important judgment made at the 19 th CPC national congress on current economic development, "China’s economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development." The transformation and innovation of enterprises, especially private enterprises, as the micro-main body promoting economic development, are the guarantee for the high-quality development of the economy. Based on the survey named " Questionnaire on Private Enterprises Transformation and Innovation in Henan Province", participated by 267 entrepreneurs.The survey suggests: transformation is the key factor to realize innovation and upgrading;and entrepreneurs’ self-confidence and change ability of transformation play important roles in promoting enterprises’ positive transformation.
