摘要 随着电气工程与自动化在各个领域的不断应用与发展,为我国工业的生产提高源源不断的动力,使得化工生产出现了智能化、集成模块化的发展趋势,让化工生产变得更加多元化、高效化和自动化,推动化工业更好的发展。通过对电加热炉内的温度控制系统进行设计与优化分析,以此克服电加热炉的缺陷与不足,进一步优化电加热炉的温度控制稳定性,不断的提高电气工程与自动化技术,为化工安全、稳定的生产保驾护航。 With the continuous application of electrical engineering and automation in all fields and the development, for our country industrial production increase the flow of the power, the chemical production appeared the trend of the development of the intelligent, integrated modular, make chemical production become more diversified, efficiency and automation, promote the development of chemical industry better. Through the design and optimization analysis of the temperature control system in the electric heating furnace, the defects and deficiencies of the electric heating furnace are overcome, the temperature control stability of the electric heating furnace is further optimized, and the electrical engineering and automation technology are continuously improved to escort the safe and stable production of the chemical industry.
