摘要 粉尘检测是环境保护的重要环节,传统的粉尘检测防护系统的预防方式较为单一。本文设计了一种基于单片机的粉尘检测报警防护系统,能有效地检测粉尘浓度,进行多种方式的报警防护,以保证工作人员的生命健康和安全。当检测的粉尘浓度为中度时,通过继电器控制风扇转动,浓度过高时,蜂鸣器报警,开启定点喷雾,降低粉尘浓度。适用于面粉厂、米粉厂、木材加工和油漆喷涂等企业生产现场对粉尘浓度的检测和防护等。 Dust detection is an important part of environmental protection. The traditional dust detection and protection system has a single prevention method. This paper designs a dust detection and protection system based on single-chip microcomputer, which can effectively detect dust concentration and protect in various ways to ensure the health and safety of workers. When the detected dust concentration is moderate, the fan is controlled to rotate by the relay. When the concentration is too high, the buzzer will alarm and turn on the spot spray to reduce the dust concentration. It can be used to detect dust concentration and protect the production site of flour mills, rice flour mills, wood processing and paint spraying.
