摘要
当小电阻接地配电网出现配电路线故障情况时,断线若掉落在导电性能较差的介质上,常规保护会由于其运作原理,无法检测出故障情况从而导致无法及时切断电路。无法及时处理故障问题意味着安全隐患将一直存在,危害系统正常运作甚至对人身安全造成威胁。如何有效在小电阻接地配电网发生故障时实施有效保护措施,是现阶段小电阻接地配电网所面对的主要安全问题。
When the distribution line fault occurs in the low resistance grounded distribution network, if the broken line falls on the medium with poor conductivity, the conventional protection will fail to detect the fault due to its operation principle, which will lead to the failure to cut off the circuit in time.
