知信行健康教育模式对血脂异常患者服药依从性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨知信行健康教育模式对于血脂异常患者服药依从性的应用效果。方法选取血脂异常患者191例,随机分为观察组(97例)和对照组(94例)。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予知信行健康模式的健康教育。随访3个月后,比较两组患者的血浆胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)差别以及服药依从性。结果观察组护理干预后服药依从性高于护理干预前和对照组护理干预后(P<0.01);护理干预后,观察组血脂各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论知信行健康教育模式有利于提高患者的服药依从性,改善患者的血脂水平。
