摘要
枕神经阻滞是一种治疗不同类型头痛的方法,可单独应用或与其他治疗方法相结合。枕神经阻滞方法有多种,缺乏统一标准。但枕神经阻滞应是个体化的,并以精确的病史、完整的神经系统检査和专家的技术执行为基础。由于目前国内缺乏枕神经阻滞的专家共识和指南,本专家组在对现有文献和临床经验进行全面回顾和分析后起草本共识文件。
Occipital nerve block is a method for treating different headaches,which can be used alone or combined with other treatments.Occipital nerve block methods are various and lack of unified standards.It should be individualized and based on accurate medical history,complete neurological examination and expert technical implementation.However,there is no expert consensus and guidance on occipital nerve block in China now.This paper reviews and analyses the existing literatures and clinical experience,and then drafts this expert consensus document.
