高校排球运动发展“短板”的成因及解决策略研究——以重庆文理学院为例

A Study on the Causes and Solutions of the "Short Slab" in the Development of College Volleyball ——A Case Study in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences

排球项目属于三大球之一,在高校中具有其独特的开展价值,但在高校中却明显成为“短板”。采用文献资料、实地考察等方法,以重庆文理学院排球运动开展现状为例,指出了排球项目成“短板”的原因主要为,大学生“宅文化”盛行;项目生存空间受挤压;排球教学实效性差;相关设施不完善;项目缺乏观赏性等。提出了,多举措加强项目普及程度;加强项目实效性教学;优化场地设施;对项目进行规则、器材创新等举措。

Volleyball belongs to one of the three big balls,and has its unique developmental value in colleges and universities where it has become a"short slab".Taking the current situation of volleyball teaching in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences as an example,through literature review and observation,this paper points out that the main causes of the developmental“short slab”of volleyball are the prevalence of“Otaku culture”among college students,the squeezed living space of the sport,poor effectiveness of volleyball teaching,Inadequate facilities and a lack of ornamental value,etc.To solve these problems,some solutions are provided:to Intensify the popularity of the sport,to strengthen the effectiveness of volleyball teaching,to optimize site facilities,and to make creation of rules and equipment.
