北京市石景山区幼儿园课程领导力的现状与思考

摘要 本文利用问卷调查法就课程领导力有关问题对北京市石景山区17所一级幼儿园园长等进行了调研,分析和总结了他们对课程领导力的认识和实践情况。在数据分析的基础上,笔者对提升课程领导力提出相关建议,以便促进区域学前教育优质均衡地发展。
