摘要 医学是一门实践性很强的学科。实践技能是实用型临床医学专业人才必须具备的重要技能。实践技能教学是培养医学生从事医疗活动的关键性环节,是医学生理论知识学习的延续和完善;ADDIE模型是从分析、设计、开发、实施到评价的整个过程来研究教育、教学及培训的模型,是建立有效教学和培训的支持工具。构建基于ADDIE模型的五年制临床医学专业实践技能教学模式对培养符合新时期社会需求的医学专业人才具有重要的现实意义。 Medicine is a subject with strong practicality.Practical skills are important skills that practical clinical medical professionals must possess.Practical skill teaching is the key link in training medical students to engage in medical activities,and it is the continuation and perfection of medical physiology knowledge learning.ADDIE model studies education from analysis,design,development,implementation to evaluation.These models are supportive tools for building effective teaching and training.It is of great practical significance to construct a fiveyear practical skill teaching model for clinical medicine specialty based on ADDIE model for training medical professionals who meet the social needs of the new era.
