当前,我国经济正处于中高速发展与经济转型升级的时期。许多公司、企业也在这个过程中紧跟经济发展的步伐逐渐崛起。小公司、企业的数量在增长,大公司、企业的规模在扩张,公司、企业在处理各种商业纠纷和商业利益纠缠的过程中都不可避免地出现商业谈判,这给学校的商务谈判专业课程带来了新机遇,也带来了新挑战。但是许多公司、企业反映,学校培养的人才跟不上时代发展的步伐,业务水平较低,这不是一个短期存在的问题。随着教育改革的推进,商务谈判课程的改革要适应时代、市场的需求,也必须做出切实的改革举措,在为我国经济发展做出贡献的同时,促进国家教育事业的发展,为我国的教育事业打出一片活水。文章针对商务谈判课程教学改革与实践问题展开探索与研究,以总结经验,相互交流。

At present,China's economy is in the mid-high-speed development and economic transformation and upgrading period.Many companies are also taking advantage of the tide of economic development in this process.The number of small companies is growing,the scale of large companies is expanding.In the process of dealing with all kinds of commercial disputes and commercial interests,our enterprises inevitably have commercial negotiations.This brings new opportunities and challenges to our business negotiation courses.However,many enterprises reflect that our talents cannot keep up with the pace of development of the times,and our talents'business level is relatively low,this is not a short-term problem.Fortunately,the wave of educational reform is rolling in.In response to the requirements of the times and market,we must take practical reform measures.We must come up with practical reform measures to contribute to the development of China's economy,promote the development of education in our country,and create a living for China's education.This article is aimed at the reform and practice of our business negotiation curriculum.Explore and research to sum up experience and communicate with each other.
