信息化环境下教学管理流程优化探析

Analysis on the Optimization of Teaching Management Process in Our College under the Information Environment

石家庄邮电职业技术学院原教学管理系统IT技术架构落后、信息化能力不高,各部门、各条线信息数据难以共享,随着学院的不断发展壮大,在东、西两个校区同时运用教务管理系统的情况下,现有系统缺陷表现更加突出,随着新教务系统的上线,文章从信息化教学管理流程的现状出发,论述了流程优化的意义及教学管理流程优化的措施。

The original teaching management system of Shijiazhuang posts and Telecommunicatinos Technical College.IT technology structure is backward,poor informationization ability,various departments,line information data is difficult to share,while with the growing of the college,in the East and West Campus at the same time the use of educational management system,the existing system defects will be more prominent,and with the new educational management system online,from the above information-based teaching management process now.The significance of process optimization and the implementation of teaching management process optimization are discussed.
