芙蓉街，繁华如昨

FURONG STREET IS STILL BUSTLING

芙蓉街,南起泉城路,北通府学文庙,长432米,平均路宽6米。这里的建筑比北京的清秀,比江南的拙朴,最具济南风情。如果说"四面荷花三面柳、一城山色半城湖"是泉城济南的绝妙写照的话,那么"家家泉水、户户垂杨"就是对芙蓉街及其周围地区的真实描述。"东芙蓉,西奎文,曲水亭街后宰门。东更道,西更道,王府池子二郎庙。"每一座城市都有属于自己的独特童谣,印记着城市的独特标签,而这首童谣中的"芙蓉",指的就是济南的芙蓉街。

Furong Street,which is 432 meters long with average road width of 6 meters,starts from Quancheng road in the south and connects to Fuxue Confucian Temple in the north.The buildings here,which take on a typical Ji'nan style,are more delicate than those in Beijing and simpler than those in the Jiangnan district,To the recollection of the old people who live in Furong Street,this street used to be pretty beautiful.Early in the morning,a thin layer of fog floated upon the slate road and the passers-by seemed to be walking in a wonderland when seen from a distance.
