摘要 在永磁同步电机矢量控制过程中,用于电流环测量电流的调理电路和AD采样电路会产生噪声,对电机转矩和转速的控制精度造成影响。为减小此类电流环噪声,提出了在永磁同步电机矢量控制中对电流环相电流采用RLS自适应滤波。为体现RLS算法滤波性能,与自适应滤波中的LMS算法作比较,采用这两种自适应滤波算法对永磁同步电机矢量控制系统进行了仿真实验,经过对波形和均方差等的对比,RLS算法有更明显的滤波效果,且电机输出转速和转矩更加平稳,系统的稳定性有了明显提高。证明了RLS自适应滤波在永磁同步电机控制中更具有可行性和有效性。 In the vector control process of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the conditioning circuit for measuring the current of the current loop and the AD sampling circuit generate noise, which affects the accuracy of the motor torque and the speed.In order to reduce such current loop noise, it was proposed to use RLS adaptive filtering for current loop phase current in vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor. In order to reflect the filtering performance of RLS algorithm, compared with LMS algorithm in adaptive filtering, these two adaptive filtering algorithms were used to simulate the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system. After comparing the waveform and the mean square error, the RLS algorithm has more obvious filtering effect, and the output speed and torque of the motor are more stable, and the stability of the system is obviously improved. It is proved that the RLS adaptive filtering is more feasible and effective in the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
