摘要
为了克服QCA Designer在设计上的缺陷,提出了一个QCA电路仿真软件框架,并在此框架之上对"双稳态"和"相干矢量"算法进行了重新实现.为了验证该框架的可扩展性,利用该框架实现了一个QCA电路功耗分析算法.
To overcome the shortcoming, a QCA circuit simulation software framework has been implemented, upon which bistable and coherence vector algorithms are reimplemented. Besides, a QCA power analysis algorithm is implemented using this framework, demonstrating its well extensibility.
