摘要
近些年来,在快速凝固TiAl基合金组织中发现了通常存在于热处理组织中的亚稳组织(魏氏组织、羽毛组织以及块状组织)。本文综述了近些年来快速凝固TiAl基合金亚稳组织的主要研究进展,从获得亚稳组织的技术手段、形成和长大机制、组织演化、影响因素等方面总结了快速凝固TiAl基合金亚稳组织研究的主要成果和发展现状。基于此,提出了今后主要的研究方向和有待解决的问题。
In recent years, the metastable microstructures(widmannstatten, feathery and massive microstructure) are generally present in heat-treated microstructure, it is also found in microstructure of rapidly solidified Ti Al-based alloys. The main research progress of the fast-solidified Ti Al-based alloy’s metastable microstructure was reviewed in recent years. The main achievements and development status of rapidly solidified Ti Al-based alloys were summarized from the aspects of technical means, formation and growth mechanism, microstructure evolution and influencing factors. Based on this, the main research direction and the problem to be solved in the future were put forward.
