S线微观形貌对搅拌摩擦焊接头力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以采用搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)技术焊接的6082-T6铝合金接头S线作为研究对象,研究通过电解抛光配合扫描电镜(SEM)观察法,揭示不同工艺参数下S线的微观形貌特征及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明:S线由微孔洞、微裂纹和氧化铝颗粒组成。当沿S线上分布有不连续的微孔洞或者微裂纹等缺陷时,伴随着接头力学性能的降低。 The S curve of 6082-T6 aluminium alloy joints welded by FSW technology was taken as the research object.The micro-morphology characteristics of S curve and its influence on mechanical properties under different process parameters were revealed by electropolishing and SEM. The results show that the S curve is composed of microvoids,microcracks and alumina particles. When there are discontinuous micro-voids or micro-cracks along the S curve, the mechanical properties of the joints decrease.
