摘要 针对三通阀体热锻过程中填充不满、冲头载荷过大等问题,本文采用Deform软件模拟了三通阀体热锻的充填过程,分析了垂直冲头速率和水平冲头速率对锻件温度分布的影响,并分析了坯料初始温度对模具最大载荷的影响,优化了成形工艺参数。结果表明,不合理的冲头速率以及坯料加热温度会导致锻件关键位置的流速差过大以及温度分布不均匀,进而引起锻件在冷却过程中产生应力,影响锻造的质量。 Aiming at the problems of filling dissatisfaction during hot forging of three-way valve body and excessive load of punching head, the filling process of hot forging of three-way valve was simulated by Deform software, and the influence of vertical punch rate and horizontal punch rate on the temperature distribution of the forgings was analyzed. The influence of the initial temperature of the blank on the maximum load of the die was analyzed, and the forming process parameters were optimized. The results show that the unreasonable punching rate and the heating temperature of the blank will lead to the excessive velocity difference at the key position of the forgings and the uneven temperature distribution, which will lead to the stress in the cooling process of the forging and affect the forging quality.
