基于ANSYS的铝合金T型接头数值模拟分析 被引量:8

摘要 通过有限元软件ANSYS对铝合金T型接头焊接进行数值模拟,采用高斯热源模拟焊接热输入,运用热-弹-塑性有限元方法得到焊接过程温度场及应力应变场,对其温度场进行分析,并选取不同的路径,分析其残余应力变化情况。最终得到以下结论:纵向残余应力均为拉应力,横向残余应力在中心线为拉应力,在两道焊缝位置则为压应力,且数值相对纵向残余应力较小。 The numerical simulation of the T-joint of aluminum alloy was carried out by ANSYS finite element software.The welding heat input was simulated by Gauss heat source model. The thermal elastic-plastic finite element method was applied, and the temperature field and stress, strain fields were obtained. The temperature field was analyzed, and different paths were selected to analyze the variation of residual stress. Finally, the following conclusions were obtained. The longitudinal residual stress is tensile stress, while the transverse residual stress is tensile stress at the center line, the stress is compressive stress at the two welds and the transverse residual stress is smaller compared with the longitudinal residual stress.
