摘要 电机机座作为电机与基础直接相连的部分,在整个电动机结构中起着支撑铁芯、绕组、端盖等部件的作用,同时也是电机振动传递路径上的主要结构。针对电机运行时的减振需要,基于JW6314型三相异步电机铝合金机座的结构形式,设计新的CFRP机座,并对其固有频率、阻尼性能进行分析研究,利用编写的MATLAB程序计算CFRP机座的前4阶阻尼比,最后进行模态实验。结果表明CFRP机座的固有频率和阻尼比比铝合金机座更高,所设计CFRP机座能有效降低电机运行时的振动。 As the part directly connected with the foundation,the motor base plays the role of supporting iron core,winding,end cover and other components in the whole motor structure,and is also the main structure of the vibration transmission path of the motor.In this work,a new CFRP motor base is designed in virtue of the structure of aluminum alloy base of JW6314 three-phase asynchronous motor.Its natural frequency and damping performance are analyzed and studied.By using the MATLAB code,the first four-order damping ratios of the CFRP motor base are calculated and the modal experiments are carried out.The results show that the CFRP motor base has higher natural frequencies and damping ratios than the aluminum alloy base and the designed CFRP motor base can effectively reduce vibration of the motor.
