摘要 提出了一种基于红外特征的导线绝缘层隐性故障在线诊断方法。通过热状态模型分析,认为导线绝缘层破损等隐性故障可以引起表面散热系数及散热表面积的变化;在额定工作电流作用下,针对隐性故障的不同发展程度及位置,进行通电实验;通过红外热像仪对隐性故障部位提取“热”信息,形成温度谱,认为通过温度场内的等高线捕捉能够准确定位并跟踪监测部位,并在一定程度上反映不同故障程度的热力特征及差异性;对装机阶段导线隐性故障的主动预防与在线诊断具有一定的技术牵引和借鉴价值。 There,an on-line fault diagnosis method of wire insulation layer based on infrared characteristics is proposed.Through the analysis of the thermal state model,it is concluded that the surface heat dissipation coefficient and the surface area of heat dissipation can be changed by the hidden faults such as broken insulation layer.Under the action of rated working current,the electrification experiment is carried out according to the different development degree and position of recessive fault.The"thermal"information of the hidden fault location was extracted by the infrared thermal imager to form the temperature spectrum.It was believed that the contour line capture in the temperature field could accurately locate and track the monitoring location and reflect the thermal characteristics and differences of different fault degrees to a certain extent.It has certain technical traction and reference value for the active prevention and online diagnosis of hidden faults of wires in the installation stage.
