摘要
有效的知识获取作为企业创新的基础和创新过程的开端,是企业创新能力提升的关键。鉴于此,本研究从知识获取视角,依据协同理论,将企业创新能力提升的动态演化关系划分为三个子系统,即企业知识存量子系统、市场知识获取子系统和技术知识获取子系统,构建基于知识获取的企业创新能力提升的系统动力学模型,并采用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真分析。研究结果表明,企业的市场知识获取和技术知识获取促进了企业创新能力的提升,且研究结果明晰了企业创新能力提升的主要影响因素,揭示了企业创新能力的提升途径。研究的开展可以为企业提升创新能力,增强竞争优势提供理论依据。
Effective knowledge acquisition,as the foundation of enterprise innovation and the beginning of innovation process,is the key to enhance enterprise innovation ability. In view of this,from the perspective of knowledge acquisition and according to the synergetic theory,this paper divides the dynamic evolution relationship of enterprise innovation ability promotion into three subsystems,namely,enterprise knowledge stock subsystem,market knowledge acquisition subsystem and technical knowledge acquisition subsystem,constructs the system dynamics model of enterprise innovation capability promotion based on knowledge acquisition,and uses Vensim PLE software to carry on the simulation analysis. The research shows that the acquisition of market knowledge and technical knowledge can promote enterprise innovation ability,clarifies the influence factors of the promotion of enterprise innovation ability,and reveals the ways to enhance innovation ability,in order to provide theoretical basis for enterprises to enhance innovation ability and enhance competitive advantage.
