基于肺癌早期筛查及防治一体化的医联体体系化建设

System Construction of Medical Alliance Based on Integration of Lung Cancer Prevention and Treatment

发展医联体是近几年新医改任务的重中之重。结合上海市胸科医院专科医联体建设的实践经验,以肺癌防治一体化管理为依托,探索建立以项目为载体、以疾病为纽带的医联体合作新模式,构建八大体系保障医联体顺畅运行,提出大力发展学科项目型医联体、制订病种分级诊疗规范标准、发挥网络信息技术支撑作用,为推进分级诊疗和医联体建设提供借鉴和参考。

Developing medical alliance is the most important task of the new medical reform in recent years. Combined with the practical experiences of specialized medical alliance,the paper explores a new mode of medical alliance cooperation with project as carrier and disease as link,through eight systems to guarantee the smooth operation of medical alliance. It is concluded that project-based medical alliance should be developed,standards of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of disease species be formulated,and a supporting role of internet and information technology be played,in order to provide reference for promoting the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and medical alliance.
