基于人工智能的临床路径管理及其对诊疗质量的影响

Management of Clinical Pathway Based on Artificial Intelligence and its Impact on Medical Quality

推进临床路径管理及其信息化建设是医院重要工作之一。以上海市第十人民医院为例,在介绍基于人工智能建立的智能化临床路径管理系统的基础上,以结直肠恶性肿瘤根治术临床路径为研究对象,分析智能化临床路径管理对其过程和结果质量的影响。结果表明,智能化临床路径管理实施后,改善了过程和结果质量,减少了诊疗组间差异。人工智能提升了临床路径管理水平,智能化临床路径管理优化了诊疗质量,但需加强监管,未来可能建立规范化标准化的临床路径,精细化管理,规范医疗行为,有力保障医疗质量与安全。

Promoting Clinical Pathway management and its information construction is one of the important missions of the hospital. Taking Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital as an example,the paper introduces intelligent Clinical Pathway management system based on artificial intelligence, and analyzes its impact on the process and outcome quality of colorectal malignant radical surgery. The results show that intelligent Clinical Pathway management improves the process and outcome quality,and reduces the differences between the treatment groups. Artificial intelligence upgrades the level of Clinical Pathway management,and intelligent Clinical Pathway management improves medical quality,but it needs to strengthen supervision. In the future,it is possible to establish a normalized Clinical Pathway,which is conducive to refined management and standardized medical behavior,and effectively guarantees medical quality and safety.
