基于Alexa国内综合排名前三网站报道的“医闹”发生情况分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Medical Disturbance Based on the Report of Alexa Domestic Comprehensive Ranking Top 3 Websites

目的通过对医闹新闻案例进行归纳分析,探讨当前医闹事件的现状及特点。方法以Alexa国内综合排名前三网站报道的2003-2018年度423件医闹新闻案例为样本,运用内容分析法对其发生的时间、空间、等级分布情况进行分析。结果 (1)医闹事件在2003-2011年呈增长趋势,2014年后有所下降。(2)主要发生地为华东地区,广东省较多。(3)三甲医院医闹发生率较高,门诊为高发部门。(4)形式以伤害为主,实施者以男性为主。结论医闹发生率较高,医闹治理是一个复杂的社会问题,需要从社会、法律、教育以及医改等方面制定综合措施加以解决。

Objective To summarize and analyze the cases of medical news,in order to explore the current status and characteristics of current medical incidents. Methods Taking the cases of medical news reports from 2003 to 2018 reported by Alexa domestic comprehensive ranking Top 3 website as samples,the content analysis method was used to analyze the time,space and grade distribution of the medical disturbance. Results(1) From 2003 to 2011,the number of medical disturbances showed a trend of growth and a decrease after 2014.(2) The location was mainly distributed in East China and Guangdong Province.(3) As a result,the incidence rate of the tertiary A hospital was relatively high,mainly in the Outpatient Department.(4) The main form of medical disturbance was injury. The medical troublemakers were mainly male. Conclusion Medical disturbance is a complex social problem. Comprehensive measures need to be formulated to solve it from the aspects of society,law,education and medical reform.
