International Comparative Study of Modern Hospital Management System

现代医院管理制度已经成为医药卫生领域改革的重要内容。不同国家医院管理制度既有相通之处,又彼此特色鲜明。通过对英国、美国、新加坡和我国香港特别行政区现代医院管理制度的详细介绍,并从宏观决策、微观决策、外部监管3个主要方面进行比较,旨在从这些国家和地区的实践经验中总结出共通的规律,为我国建立现代医院管理制度提供政策建议。

The modern hospital management system has become an important part of China’s medical and health reform. The management systems of hospitals in different countries have both similarities and distinct features. The paper introduces the hospital management system in the United Kingdom,the United States,Singapore and Hong Kong,and compares it from three aspects,such as macro decision-making,micro-decision and external supervision in order to sum up the common rules from the practical experience of these countries and regions. Policy recommendations are provided for the establishment of China’s modern hospital management system.
