摘要
由环氧树脂与聚乙二醇在催化剂作用下反应制得高分子乳化剂,并与乳化剂EL-10复配对环氧树脂乳化制得水性环氧树脂乳液。通过正交试验考察了催化剂种类、反应温度和反应时间对乳化剂性能的影响并对乳化剂的结构作了红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱分析。还通过乳液稳定性测试研究了聚乙二醇分子质量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,乳化剂的最佳合成工艺如下:环氧树脂E-51与聚乙二醇PEG-4000物质的量比1:1.1,过硫酸钾作催化剂,添加质量分数为1.5%,反应条件110℃/2 h+120℃/4h。以环氧树脂E-20为基体树脂,制得的乳化剂(质量分数50%,以树脂质量为基准)和乳化剂EL-10(质量分数10%)复配,乳化温度50℃,转速1000 r/min下制得的乳液粒径为150 nm,室温下储存7个月未分层。
The polymer emulsifier was prepared by reacting epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol under the action of a catalyst.The aqueous epoxy resin emulsion was obtained by emulsifying the epoxy resin with the composite of polymer emulsifier and emulsifier EL-10.The effects of catalyst type,reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of the emulsifier were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The structure of the emulsifier was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.The effect of molecular weight of polyethylene glycol on the properties of the emulsion was also investigated by emulsion stability test.The results showed that the optimal synthesis process of emulsifier was as follows:molar ratio of epoxy resin E-51 to polyethylene glycol PEG-4000 1:1.1,catalyst potassium persulfate mass fraction of 1.5%,and reaction condition 110 ℃/2 h+120 ℃/4 h.The epoxy resin E-20 was used as the matrix resin and the polymer emulsifier(50% by mass,based on the mass of the resin)was compounded with the emulsifier EL-10(10% by mass).The emulsification temperature was 50 ℃ and the rotation speed was 1000 r/min.The emulsion prepared at above conditions had a particle size of 150 nm and was not layered after storage for 7 months at room temperature.
