摘要
通过酯交换法制备出含有伯胺的新型超支化聚硅氧烷(HBPSi-NH2),并将其用于改性双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂体系,通过凝胶时间测试,红外光谱及示差扫描量热分析研究了HBPSi-NH2的加入对BMI树脂体系固化反应的影响。结果表明,改性后体系的的表观活化能为71.29kJ/mol,较改性前的80.10kJ/mol有所降低,体系活性增加,HBPSi-NH2的加入促进了BMI树脂体系的固化反应。
A novel hyperbranched polysiloxane(HBPSi-NH2)containing a primary amine was prepared by transesterification and used to modify the bismaleimide(BMI)resin system. The effect of the addition of HBPSi-NH2 on the curing reaction of BMI resin system was investigated by gel time test,infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry analysis.The results showed that the apparent activation energy of the modified system was 71. 29 kJ/mol,which was lower than that of 80. 10 kJ/mol before modification,and the activity of the system was increasesd. The addition of HBPSi-NH2 promoted the curing reaction of BMI resin system.
