石墨烯增强氰酸酯树脂复合材料的性能研究 被引量:2

Study on the properties of graphene reinforced cyanate resin composites

摘要 采用石墨烯(GNPs)改性氰酸酯树脂,通过流变性能、热导率、电导率及力学性能测试研究了石墨烯添加量对氰酸酯树脂复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:树脂的粘度随GNPs用量的增加快速增大。GNPs添加质量分数<10%时,试样的热导率大幅升高,其后变化不大。试样的电导率随GNPs用量增加快速增大,而试样的拉伸强度与断裂伸长率均显著降低,拉伸模量不断升高,拉伸断裂表面形成了更粗糙的形貌,孔洞也随之增加。 The cyanate resin was modified with graphene(GNPs).The effects of graphene amount on the properties of cyanate resin composites were investigated by the testings of rheological properties,thermal conductivity,electrical conductivity and mechanical properties.The results showed that the viscosity of the resins were increased rapidly with the increasing of GNPs amount.When the mass fraction of GNPs added was less than 10%,the thermal conductivity of the sample was greatly increased,and the change thereafter was not large.The conductivity of the sample was also increased rapidly with the increasing of GNPs amount.The tensile strength and elongation at break of the sample were significantly reduced.The tensile fracture surface formed a rougher morphology and the pores were increased.
