摘要
文章运用三阶段DEA方法对海洋科技创新影响海洋经济增长的效率进行测算,其结果显示海洋科技创新对海洋经济增长效率的整体效率不高,不论是纯技术效率还是规模效率均存在较大提升空间,海洋科技创新投入的外部环境因素与内部管理因素都直接影响海洋经济增长效率。并运用空间计量模型进一步考察沿海11省市海洋科技创新对海洋经济增长效率值以及各影响因素的空间外溢特征。
This paper uses the three-stage DEA method to measure the efficiency of marine science and technology innovation to marine economic growth.The results show that the overall efficiency of marine science and technology innovation to the efficiency of marine economic growth is not high;both pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency have great room for improvement;the external environmental factors and internal management factors of marine science and technology innovation input directly affect the efficiency of marine economy growth.The paper also uses the spatial econometric model to further investigate the spatial spillover characteristics of marine technological innovation on the efficiency value of marine economic growth and various influencing factors in 11 coastal provinces and cities.
