摘要
空载损耗是变压器的重要参数之一,该文针对三相三柱式小容量配电变压器,提出一种在线检测其空载损耗的方法,推导出空载损耗的精确计算公式,并建立空载损耗计算数学模型。在线采集配电变压器的输入和输出电流、电压,通过数据拟合的方法得到一定容量配电变压器的空载损耗,并通过有限元磁场计算和仿真分析了所计算数学模型的可行性。最后考虑负载特性对在线检测空载损耗精确度的影响,分析其误差来源。该研究为变压器额定容量的在线检测提供了参考依据。
No-load loss is one of the most important parameters of transformer.Aiming at the three-phase and three limbs small capacity distribution transformer,a method for on-line detection of its no-load loss is proposed in this paper and a mathematical model for the calculation of the no-load loss is established.The input and output current and voltage of the distribution transformer are collected on line,and the no-load loss of a certain capacity distribution transformer is accurately obtained through the data fitting calculation.Then the finite element analysis is carried out to verify the feasibility of the mathematical model.Finally,considering the influence of load characteristics on the accuracy of on-line detection of no-load loss,the sources of error are analyzed.The research contents in this paper provide a reference for on-line detection of transformer rated capacity.
