变形温度对建筑用螺纹钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过显微组织观察、Gleeble-1500热模拟机和硬度测试等方法,研究了变形温度对20MnSi和20MnSiV螺纹钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着变形温度在750〜1050°C升高,20MnSi钢和20MnSiV钢的变形抗力明显降低。在高温变形条件下(950J050°C),20MnSiV钢的变形抗力稍大于20MnSi钢的;低温变形条件下(750,850°C),20MnSiV钢变形抗力明显高于20MnSi钢的。随着变形温度的降低,20MnSi钢和20MnSiV钢晶粒逐渐细化,20MnSiV钢组织中V析出相逐渐增多。在相同的变形温度下,20MnSiV钢组织的晶粒比20MnSi的细小。随着变形温度的降低,20MnSi钢和20MnSiV钢的硬度逐渐升高;在相同的变形温度下,20MnSiV钢的硬度明显大于20MnSi钢的。 By microstructure observation, Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine and hardness tests, the effects ofdeformation temperatures on the microstructure and properties of screw steel for building were studied. The results show thatwith the increase of the deformation temperature in 750-1050 °C, the deformation resistance of 20MnSi steel and 20MnSiVsteel decrease significantly. Deformation under the condition of high temperature (950 °C , 1050 °C ), the deformationresistance of 20MnSiV steel is larger than that of 20MnSi steel. Deformation under the condition of low temperature (750 °C,850 °C ), the deformation resistance of 20MnSiV steel is significantly higher than that of 20MnSi steel. With the decrease ofdeformation temperature, the grain of 20MnSi steel and 20MnSiV steel are gradually refined, and the V precipitated phasegradually increases in 20MnSiV steel. At the same deformation temperature, the grain size of 20MnSiV steel is smaller thanthat of 20MnSi. With the decrease of the deformation temperature, the hardness of 20MnSi steel and 20MnSiV steel graduallyincreases. At the same deformation temperature, the hardness of 20MnSiV steel is significantly greater than that of 20MnSisteel.
