摘要
采用爆炸压实制备出直径为12.1mm的FepSi^Be非晶合金棒。利用XRD和DSC对制备出的试样结构及热稳定性进行分析。通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜对试样的形貌、组织结构进行表征。结果表明:合金棒依然保持非晶结构,其玻璃转变温度人、晶化开始温度人、过冷液相区及约化玻璃转变温度几分别为779.813.34 K和0.55。非晶合金棒截面基本不存在裂纹,说明粉末颗粒结合情况良好。
Fe^Si^B^ amorphous alloy rod with the diameter of 12.1 mm was prepared by explosive compaction. Thestructure and thermal stability of the prepared samples were analyzed by XRD and DSC. The morphology and microstructureof the samples were characterized by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that thealloy rods still maintain an amorphous structure, and their glass transition temperature T& crystallization start temperature Tx,supercooled liquid phase Aand reduced glass transition temperatures T阳 is 779 K, 813 K, 34 K and 0.55, respectively. Thereis no crack in the cross section of the amorphous alloy rod, indicating that the powder particles are well combined.
