CT和MRI检查在克罗恩病临床诊断与治疗中的应用价值

Application value of CT/MRI examination in clinical diag⁃nosis and treatment of Crohn′s disease

准确评估克罗恩病病情对制订有效的治疗方案至关重要。CT和(或)MRI检查不仅可以客观显示肠腔内外病变,而且能够全面、准确评估受累系膜及相关并发症情况,因此,越来越受到关注。笔者从检查方式的选择,肠道及系膜炎症程度的评估,肠管狭窄性质的分辨,肠瘘、腹腔脓肿和(或)蜂窝织炎的评价以及对术后并发症的诊断价值等几个方面对CT和(或)MRI检查在克罗恩病临床诊断与治疗中的作用进行探讨。

Accurate evaluation of Crohn′s disease is critical for determination of a therapeutic plan.Computed tomo⁃graphy(CT)/magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can not only display the intraluminal and intraperitoneal inflammation objec⁃tively,but also reveal accurately the affected mesentery and related complications comprehensively,which attracted more and more attention in recent years.This review discussed the choice of CT/MRI examination methods,their roles in determining the severity of intestinal and mesenteric inflammation,the nature of intestinal stenosis,the extent of fistula,abscess and cellulitis,and the value in diagnosing postoperative complications,in order to investigate the application value of CT/MRI examination in clinical diagnosis and treatment of Crohn′s disease.
