PGⅠ、PGⅡ、CEA、CA242、CA19-9和CA72-4在胃癌诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,CEA,CA242,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in the Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer

目的分析胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原CA242、CA19-9和CA72-4在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择75例胃癌患者为胃癌组,80例胃良性疾病患者为良性病变组,80例体检健康者为对照组。检测三组的血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、CEA、CA242、CA19-9和CA72-4水平。结果胃癌组患者的血清PGⅠ水平明显低于良性病变组和对照组(P<0.05),血清CEA、CA242、CA19-9和CA72-4水平明显高于良性病变组和对照组(P<0.05);胃癌组患者CEA、CA242、CA19-9和CA72-4联合检测的特异性、准确性以及敏感性均明显高于单项检测(P<0.05);复发组患者的血清CEA、CA242、CA19-9和CA72-4水平均明显高于未复发组(P<0.05)。结论PGⅠ、PGⅡ、CEA、CA242、CA19-9和CA72-4联合检测有助于对胃癌患者开展临床诊断,且对复发的判断更具意义。

Objective To investigate the value of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,CEA,CA242,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods Selected 75 cases of patients with gastric cancer as gastric cancer group,80 cases of benign gastric disease as benign lesions,and 80 healthy persons as the control group.Serum levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,CEA,CA242,CA19-9 and CA72-4 were detected in the 3 groups.Results The levels of serum PGⅠin gastric cancer group were significantly lower than those of benign lesion group and control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum CEA,CA242,CA19-9 and CA72-4 were significantly higher than those of benign lesion group and control group(P<0.05);The specificity,accuracy and sensitivity of combined detection of CEA,CA242,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in gastric cancer patients were significantly higher than those of single detection(P<0.05);The serum levels of CEA,CA242,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in relapse group were significantly higher than those of non-relapse group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of PGⅠ,PGⅡ,CEA,CA242,CA19-9 and CA72-4 is helpful to the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer patients,and it is more meaningful to judge the recurrence.
