米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗无症状子宫肌瘤的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Mifepristone Combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill in Treatment of Asymptomatic Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗无症状子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析65例无症状子宫肌瘤患者资料,根据治疗方式分为研究组(n=33)和对照组(n=32),对照组给予米非司酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上在接受桂枝茯苓丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后子宫体积、最大肌瘤体积和月经评分,血清中性激素水平,血流流变学指标,治疗后疗效。结果与治疗前患者比较,两组患者治疗后子宫体积、最大肌瘤体积和月经评分均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后研究组患者体积变化和评分变化幅度要高于对照组,且差异经比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清中性激素水平和血流流变学指标下降,组间比较差异有统计性(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者这些指标较对照组显著改善,(P<0.05);研究组和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.94%和68.75%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论无症状子宫肌瘤患者采用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗疗效较好,能够调控性激素水平,促进血流流变学状态向正常方向转变,从而改善患者病情和体征。

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill on asymptomatic uterine fibroids.Methods Data of 65 patients with asymptomatic uterine fibroids were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the study group(n=33)and the control group(n=32)according to treatment methods.The control group was given mifepristone,while the study group was given Guizhi Fuling Pill on the basis of the control group.The uterus volume,maximum fibroid volume and menstrual score,serum sex hormone level,blood flow rheology index before and after treatment,and curative effect after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results The uterus volume,maximum fibroid volume and menstrual score of the 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,change amplitude of volume and score in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum sex hormones and hemorheology in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the study group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The total response rates of the study group and the control group were 93.94%and 68.75%,respectively.(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill is relatively better on patients with asymptomatic uterine fibroids,which can regulate levels of sex hormones,and promote transition of hemorheology to normal direction,thus improving the patient’s condition and signs.
