摘要 随着食品安全相关法律法规的不断完善,监管认证条例对从事食品检测的实验室在考核评审中不断提出新的要求,加上食品行政管理部门提出的检测项目数量和难度逐年增加,要保证检测数据的准确,实验室管理水平也需不断提升。本文根据工作实际,从标准物质监控,实验室内部比对,加标回收3个方面进行阐述,分析了实验室人员对检测质量进行自我控制的过程,从而确保对检测数据结果的有效控制。保证分析测试的误差控制在允许的范围内,使分析数据在给定的置信水平内能达到要求的质量,并对检测过程中存在的问题提出改进的措施,为食品检测实验室的质量控制提供借鉴指导。 With the constant improvement of food safety related laws and regulations, regulatory certificationregulations continuously put forward new requirements in the assessment review for food testing laboratory, foodtesting projects put forward by the administrative department and the difficulty increases year by year, so in order toensure accuracy of test data, lab management level also need to be improved. According to the actual work, thisarticle expounded from 3 aspects of the standard substance monitoring, laboratory internal comparison, plus standardrecycling, analyzed the laboratory personnel to self-control the quality of the test, thus ensuring the results of the testdata effective control. To ensure that the error of the analysis test was controlled within the allowed range, so that theanalysis data could reach the required quality within the given confidence level, and put forward improvementmeasures for the problems existing in the testing process, providing reference and guidanced for the quality control ofthe food testing laboratory.
