摘要
某石油地下储备库储油洞室与地面输油工艺管网由四口深度达105m直径为3 m的进油竖井和四口深度达117 m(含泵坑)直径为6 m的出油竖井组成。中油管道建设工程有限公司在施工中采取竖井管道地上吊焊、锚固环地上安装的方法,根据吊管的重量选择适应的吊车进行就位、井下连头。中石油管道局竖井内管道敷设首次采用吊焊的施工方法,有效提高了竖井管道施工的质量及安全,并为以后大深度竖井管道敷设提供了优质的借鉴。
In an underground oil storage cavern, 4 inlet shafts with the length of 105 m and the diameter of 3 m, and 4 outlet shaftswith the length of 117 m and the diameter of 6 m are used to interconnect the oil storage cavern with ground pipelines system. ChinaPetroleum Pipeline Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd used the method of slinging welding shaft pipelines and installing anchoringring on the ground in the construction of the project. They chose the suitable crane to lift up the shaft pipelines into the place to weldthe joint under the well according to the weight of pipe. Slinging welding construction method was first used in pipe laying of the shaft,increasing the shaft pipeline construction's quality and safety.
