摘要
分析了宁夏煤业有限责任公司400万t/a煤炭间接液化项目副产品的深加工综合利用项目中裂解装置急冷水乳化原因,确定了主要影响因素,在总结装置运行经验的基础上,采取了一系列有效的防治措施,确保装置高效运行。
The reasons for the quench water emulsification in cracking unit for the deep processing and comprehensive utilization of by-products in 4 Mt/a coal indirect liquefaction project were analyzed. The main influence factors were determined. On the basis of summarizing the operation experience, a series of optimization measures were taken to ensure the device run efficiently.
