摘要
基于BV船级社规范利用有限元计算软件ANSYS建立数值计算模型,对256 m,船用燃料罐主体包括内外罐、鞍座及支撑位置等在船舶惯性力载荷下进行计算及分析,其静强度及疲劳强度均满足BV船级社相关要求,为该型船用LNG燃料罐产品内外罐主体结构及其主要附件结构的长期安全使用等提供了应力分析基础。
Based on BV rules, FEA software ANSYS was used to establish the calculation model, and FEM stress calculation analysisfor main structures under the ship inertial force load was carried out, such as main structure of inner and outer vessel, saddle structureand supporting positions. Strength limit and fatigue strength can meet the requirement of BV. The paper provides stress analysis basisfor long period safe use of inner and outer tank main structures and major accessory structures for this type of marine LNG fuel tankproduct.
