玛131示范区水平井井眼清洁技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 玛131示范区开发过程中,在大斜度井段和水平井段易出现井眼清洁问题,造成卡钻等事故,从而影响机械钻速和井下安全,制约玛131示范区优快钻井提速发展。文中分别从水平井岩屑运移规律及影响因素、不同井段岩屑清除机理、转速和排量对岩屑运移的影响规律等方面开展研究,形成一套高效井眼清洁技术,得到钻井液6转读数、钻井过程中和起钻前循环洗井的转速是确保井筒有效清洁的两个最关键因素。示范区实施过程中重点关注钻井液6转读数、转速和施工排量,大幅减少短程起下钻和通井技术措施,井眼清洁状况良好。通过开展携岩性能评价形成了玛131井区水平井井眼清洁关键参数模板,为推动玛湖地区整体开发进程奠定基础。 During the development of Ma 131 Demonstration Zone,wellbore cleaning problems are likely to occur in high-angle and horizontal well sections,causing accidents such as stuck drills,which affects the rate of mechanical drilling and downhole safety,and restricts the speed of drilling in the Ma 131 demonstration area. development of. In this paper,the research is done respectively on the migration law and influencing factors of cuttings in horizontal wells,on the removal mechanism of cuttings in different well sections,and the effect of rotation speed and displacement on the movement of cuttings so as to form a set of high efficiency wellbore cleaning technology and obtain the 6-turn reading of the drilling liquid,and we know that the speed of the well during the drilling and the pre-drilling cycle are the two most critical factors in ensuring effective cleaning of the wellbore. During the implementation of the demonstration area,the focus is on the 6-turn reading,rotation speed and construction displacement of the drilling fluid,which greatly reduces the short-range drilling and well-passing technical measures,and the wellbore is in good condition. Through the drilling practice of 12 wells in the demonstration area,the technical measures such as drill bit type,drilling tool combination,drilling parameters and drilling fluid performance suitable for high-efficiency drilling in different well sections are optimized to form a comprehensive speed-up template for horizontal well drilling in Ma 131 well area,which provides the foundation for the development of the entire area of Lake Ma.
