摘要
为了解决稀油常规抽油泵在现场应用中存在杆管受力状况差、耗电量大、检泵周期短、泵效低等缺点,研制了长冲程稀油整筒泵。其结构简单、性能稳定可靠,最大冲程达6 m,故相比于常规抽油泵,该泵在保证相同产液量的前提下,可实现低冲次举升,这就降低了管杆柱的振动载荷及惯性载荷,同时使得抽油泵腔室有更加充足的时间充满,因此该泵具有提高机采系统效率和提高泵效的优点,真正实现了油井长冲程、慢冲次的高效开采。自2018年3月以来,在河南油田双河、江河区块,以及春光油田稀油区块共开展现场应用12口井,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%,与措施前相比,平均单井提高泵效5.83个百分点,累计增产原油2 684 t。
In order to solve the disadvantages of poor stress state,high power consumption,short inspection pump period and low pump efficiency in the field application of conventional pumping pump of dilute oil,the whole pump with long stroke was developed. Its structure is simple,its performance is stable and reliable,and its maximum stroke range is 6 m. Therefore,compared to a conventional pumping pump,the pump can achieve a low impulse lift under the premise of ensuring the same amount of liquid production,which reduces the vibration load of the rod column and Inertial load,At the same time,the pumping chamber has more time to fill. Therefore,the pump has the advantages of improving the efficiency and increasing the pump efficiency,and it has truly realized the efficient extraction of the long stroke and slow stroke of the oil well. Since March 2018,a total of 12 wells have been applied on the site in the Shuanghe and Jianjiang blocks of Henan Oilfield and the dilute oil blocks of Chunguang Oilfield. The process success rate is 100 % and the efficiency is 100 %. Compared with the previous measures,the average single well has increased pump efficiency 5.83%,so increased oil production adds up to 2,684 tons of crude oil.
