含聚污水生化处理系统结垢原因分析及防治 被引量:3

摘要 针对新疆某污水站含聚污水处理系统严重结垢的现象进行研究分析。结果表明:污水结垢的根本原因是该污水为碳酸氢钠水型,硬度和碱度高,自身存在严重碳酸钙结垢趋势。同时,污水温度升高、曝气条件、污水进入曝气池和生化池压力降低、流速降低是该污水结垢的重要影响因素。此外,升温和增加曝气对加速结垢具有协同作用,其中系统温度升高是系统结垢现象加剧的直接影响因素。为解决严重结垢问题,评价出了针对性阻垢剂ZG-1,在投加浓度为50mg/L时,阻垢效率达到94.8%,可有效减缓污水系统结垢的问题。 The serious scaling of the polymer-contained sewage treatment system in an oil-field waste watertreatment plant in Xinjiang was investigated. The results showed that the sewage fouling was attributable to the high sodium bicarbonate contained in the water with high hardness and alkalinity,and there was a serious calcium carbonate scale trend. Meanwhile,the increased water temperature,aeration conditions,sewage entering the aeration tank reduced biochemical tank pressure,as well as the reduction in flow rate was important factor influencing the fouling of the sewage. In addition,increased temperature and aeration had a synergistic effect on the acceleration of scaling,where the increase of system temperature could directly result in the fouling of the system. In order to solve the serious scaling problem,the targeted scale inhibitor ZG-1 was evaluated,and the inhibition efficiency reached 94.8% at a concentration of 50 mg/L,which could effectively alleviate the fouling problem in the sewage system.
