宽间距—长芒刺静电除尘器收集公路隧道模拟粉尘效率研究 被引量:5

摘要 公路隧道中的粉尘颗粒物粒径范围分布较广,种类相对复杂,研究隧道中粉尘的去除有一定的现实意义。本研究采用静电除尘技术,通过模拟公路隧道不同情况下的各工况参数,考察了不同条件下静电除尘器的除尘效率。静电除尘器主体采用负直流高压的电极供电形式,电极采用宽间距-长芒刺结构,实验粉尘选取烟尘、水泥粉和磷镁矿石粉模拟隧道粉尘。通过改变电源电压、风速、粉尘浓度、粉尘粒径和粉尘比电阻,分别计算了各条件下的除尘效率。实验结果表明,当电源电压为8.4 k V、风速4 m/s、粉尘浓度27.59 mg/m^3、粉尘颗粒物粒径60.71μm、粉尘比电阻适中的条件下,静电除尘器的除尘效率最高,可达90%。宽间距-长芒刺结构的静电除尘器对隧道中粉尘的去除有较理想的效果。 The dust in the highway tunnel has a wide range of particle size distribution with relatively complex complex kinds.It is realistic to study the removal of dust in the tunnel.In this paper,we use the electrostatic dust collection technology to evaluate the dust collection efficiency by simulating various working parameters under different conditions of the tunnel.Main body of the electrostatic precipitator is powered by a negative DC high voltage power supply.the electrode structure is the wide span-long thorn.The dust ash,cement powder and phosphorus magnesite powder dust are used as the highway tunnel dust.By changing the supply voltage,wind speed,concentration of dust,dust particle size and dust resistivity,the dust removal efficiency is calculated separately under various conditions.The experimental results show that the highest collection efficiency can be obtained when the power supply voltage is 8.4 kV,wind speed is 4 m/s,dust concentration is 27.59 mg/m^3,dust particle size is 60.71 μm and dust resistivity is moderate.The wide span-long thorn electrostatic precipitator has ideal effect on the removal of dust in the tunnel.
